Annotation Names in Folders Going Wacky!

While in GospelLibrary on my Lenovo laptop, what would cause the program to suddenly begin giving unassigned titles to new annotations I add to a folder? For example, let’s say I name an annotation “My Childhood” and after saving it, the program gives it a totally different name (in this case, it's given the name of an older annotation added to the same folder months ago). It’s also added the previous name to a couple others in the same folder ... which means I have more than one annotation with the same name in that folder ... each with different stories, but given the same title. (Hopefully, I'm making sense?)

Uninstalling and then reinstalling, hasn’t solved the issue.
