Church Account Two-step Verification Returns Code that NEVER Works

My mom is locked out of her Church Account and is very sad and frustrated. She has two-step verification and enters the code immediately but it is always invalid. How can she get back in to her account?

She will need to get the phone number for the Global Services Department. Her ward or branch clerk can give that to her. GSD will only talk with the member in question. However, if I understand correctly, someone else can also be on the line as a helper.
