Using a Samsung Z Flip3 with Android version 15. The Kindoo app (version 6.1.3) has all required permissions (Location, Nearby devices, Notifications, network access). I tried with cell data connection and while connected to Liahona Wi-Fi.
I have Kindoo access rights to the building (Guest, ALWAYS). I've used this phone successfully for other BLE applications, like hotel door entry, though not recently. I have no reason to believe the phone's BLE is broken.
When I'm near a door entry, it doesn't appear in the app. I tried all door sensors at my church building with distances of 6 feet to 2 inches away. I wiped the app data and logged in again -- same results. Tried the 'Calibrate my phone' feature and it didn't see any Kin.
Fortunately, we still have one door that uses a real key, and that technology is quite reliable.
Anybody else have this issue? Any suggestions?

Re: Kin not detected
We had such things and had the FM group replace the kin. It might help to reinstall the Kindoo app.

Re: Kin not detected
having installed a bunch of these for many buildings here, I've found every once in awhile I will have to re-add/relink a kin, or a power wire to the kin strike or button wire has come loose. For battery operated devices, I've found once a failed battery. Best thing to do is to open a FIR and let the FM group know. Let them know your phone is not detecting a Kindoo at one entry but detects one at another entry at the building just fine. If you can get other members to duplicate the same issue , that's even more helpful so that they know it's not user error and there is indeed something wrong with that entrance.
