Anyone else getting a “ No access You are not authorized to access this service” message today?

Yes. I am getting the same message. I notice that each time I refresh the page my profile image isn't displayed for a few seconds. There seems to be something wrong with the access management component.

I called the Global Services Department and it’s a known issue.
