Just sent feedback through the website but I thought it might be worth a shot to post my proposal here.

Per handbook 25.2.3 a temple and family history “leader” SUPPORTS the temple and family history efforts that are ”LEAD” by the EQ/RS presidents. In our ward the family history “leader” is attempting to encourage the EQ/RS to lead however the effort is hampered by the title family history leader. I propose that leadership consider options including changing the name of the calling from Temple and family history leader, to Temple and family history assistant.
