How to Contact SLC for help

Need to know how to contact someone at CHQ. I am trying to find out if we missed a membership record sent to MLS calling for the Bishop to take some specific action - Like calling HQ or something.

I am pretty sure I hit cancel on printing a record by mistake and lost that note. I have a good idea of what member record it was, but I need to know who I need to call to find out for sure.
