Early DST

I noticed this Sunday that our computer in the clerk's office had moved to DST already. Anyone else notice? Is that to be expected?

I imagine that it just didn't get the new DST info for Windows.

Probably. I don't remember what the story was on that patch. I don't think there would be a problem if you downloaded and installed it on the PC.
