Missionary Online Rec System - Does second mission require a completely new app?

Greetings,

I had a couple who had served their first mission as a senior couple ask me what they need to do to start their second application. My first reaction was to tell them simply to have their Bishop start a new application and re-enter their information. Any scanned documents that were still valid could be re-uploaded. Obviously, they'll need new medical and dental forms anyway.

Anyone have any experience with this situation. Is there any way to keep from repeating all the data entry?
