Member list by birthday

I assume this has been asked before, but could not find it when I searched. My Bishop would like a list of the members in our ward BY BIRTHDAY (he wants to be able to extend birthday greetings to these people). I am new to the calling, and to MLS, but how can I get a list by birthday?

IN MLS click the reports/forms window (or click more under reports/forms). That will bring up another tab where in the middle column under lists is 'birthday list". Click on that and choose the starting month and you are good to go.
