Any chance that the programmers will change the adobe flash requirement so photos can be uploaded with the iPad?

There is little chance you will get a response in this forum. Your best chance to get this before the programming team is to submit this using the "Submit Feedback" link on any LDS.org page with that link. The home page has it.
