Can't get to directory services.

I log on but when it comes to trying to synch. It says,

Directory services are unavailable. Please try again later. OK

Can anybody help. I have a Samsung S10 running the latest Android system. My Galaxy S5 ran it well.

Make sure you're running the current version of Member Tools, 3.6.1. Also, make sure you're not running a web filter or you're on a filtered network connection. It may be blocking access to church servers.

Running into this on my wife's phone. Her account will not sync, just cays "Directory Services are unavailable. Please try again later"
Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing data/cache, etc. BUT if I put in my username and password, it works just fine.
Yet, she can access the same data on the website with no issues.

I'd use the "contact us" in the app to report it. I'm guessing your wife has access to some additional information and there's something funny about it that's confusing the app.

I tried reporting, but it didn't let me send a report, so I sent in an email to ldstools-android@ldschurch.org (just yesterday). She has access to some additional information (I assume) as YW Secretary.

I emailed a description of my issues and screenshots to ldstools-android@ldschurch.org on 2 Oct, still no response and its still not working on her phone.

Tried again last night, had her log into LDS tools on another device and it worked, then she tried logging into her phone again and it worked.
No idea what changed, same login as before, but it works now,
