I am currently serving as Bishopric 2nd Councilor. For the past two weeks when I try to access Leader and Clerk Resources using an iPhone or iPad I receive an "Access Denied" message. Is anyone else receiving this message? Is there a fix?
Our Stake President can sign in on some devices, but not on his IPAD. Gives "Access Denied" there. Tried both Safari and Chrome browsers on his IPAD. Current versions. Cookies are cleared, cache was cleared, still can't access from IPAD.

Our membership clerk has been experiencing this on his iPhone for the last two weeks. He can get access by using a computer, but not using his iPhone. He can login from his phone and see resources that any member can see. However he gets an access denied message when trying to use resources in LCR related to his calling.
Just as a suggestion: make sure any privacy mode or restriction on cookies is turned off. Also, check the iOS version. I'm wondering if older browsers are being denied.

I got the same error navigating between pages today during Church on my Android phone while logged in and making edits in LCR. No recent password changes. I logged out, cleared cache and cookies, forced Chrome to stop. Logging in fresh seemed to fix it. Seems like an odd bug to be hitting many people on different platforms.
I have had this same problem since December 1. Works fine on a computer but Access Denied on iPhone. I use this all the time so it has been very difficult to not have access on my phone. Would really appreciate a resolution.
