Gospel Living notifications for reminders not working

I am not getting any reminders from Gospel Living about my goals. I get notifications for Circles posts/likes, reminders about activities, etc. Basically, I’m getting all notifications but goal reminders. This has been happening for a few months now. You can see in the Device/App Information that my device is on a public beta for iOS, but I don’t think that’s the problem because this was happening way before I enrolled my device in the iOS public beta.

What settings do you have on your goal reminder? Is it set to repeat? Have you tried turning one of the reminders off, saving, then turning it back on, to reset it?

Yes, it is set to repeat. It also does this on any new reminders I create.

Interesting. I haven't used reminders in Gospel Living much myself... You may need to send feedback.

I tried sending feedback. They replied and gave me the usual solutions like restarting the app and all that, but they’ve never responded since.

Also, as previously explained, I am on iOS 14 public beta, but that should not be affecting that as this started happening way before I enrolled my device in the Apple Beta Software Program.

I'd recommend re-replying / following up on the feedback email letting them know that the previous suggestions didn't work – that way they can escalate your feedback to a developer or someone who might be able to troubleshoot more effectively.
