I have a member trying to set up for direct deposit for reimbursement by adding their bank information.
They keep receiving an "Unexpected Error" and are unable to complete the set up. This has occurred over several attempts.
Any suggestions?

Re: Unexpected Error
A couple of things to check
1. Was the member trying to enter the details on a Sunday? There are quite often server overload issues over a weekend.
2. Is the member using an appropriate type of bank account? In the UK only a current account will work.

Re: Unexpected Error
In the US, it would have to be a checking or savings account.Biggles wrote:2. Is the member using an appropriate type of bank account? In the UK only a current account will work.
The account would also have to allow this kind of transaction. By default, most accounts do, but it might be disabled on that account for security purposes.
