Did you check to see if her Church Account has her membership record number (MRN) recorded in it? And if there is a MRN, is it the correct number?

Call the Global Services Department (GSD). Since the issue is the YW president's, she will have to talk to them. They will need your ward ID number in addition to confirming a piece of her personal information.

I am the EQ President in my ward. The drafts also do not show up for me. If I submit a story then it also does not show up in the submitted tab. Basically the Init History tool is totally broken and useless. I have been submitting stories throughout the year assuming they were being stored somewhere, but I cannot see them.

I don't have any advice, but I am in the same boat. I am the Relief Society secretary in my ward and so they have asked me to add stories to our Unit History as the events happen instead of just at the end of the year. I spent several hours writing the summary for each event that I was going to submit for 2024 and then I found out that it hadn't saved any of the summaries. The photos had been saved and submitted, but not the text. When I go to the Unit History website and go check on my submitted stories - None show up. It doesn't show any drafts I've made or that I've made any submissions, even though I had done about 10. So I can't go back to make any changes or update and add more pictures.

When I make a new story now, I click on "Preview" and the summary I've written NEVER shows up! I've started copying the text and emailing it to our ward historian and she has to add the text on her own account for me. Very frustrating since I had to go back and rewrite all the summaries I had written and submitted that disappeared.

Is this normal or have others come across the same issue? There has got to be a way that the author can edit/add a summary to the event without it disappearing.

If you have any advice, please let me know!
