Your ward clerk needs to update the meeting times in Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) > Reports > Unit Settings.

Depending on when he makes the changes the updates may take from a few minutes to 48 hours.

Updating Sunday meeting times may also take a little interaction with the website back-end and/or front-end. As a ward clerk I updated our meeting times (in the usual place) before the first Sunday in January. In February I started fiddling with unit website stuff and noticed meeting times were wrong, so poked around this forum for insight. A couple days later the times were magically right.

Considering efforts made, I would reach out to Global Services for solutions.

We are still struggling to figure out what calling needs to be given to a person in order to administer the church website. I have read all the documentation available and the only thing I can assess is the ward clerk. I have a communications committee that I want to administer the webpage, but I don’t want to give them both the ward clerk, calling in LCR in order to administer the webpage.

Can anyone assist in letting us know what standard callings in LCR have the ability to administer the Ward webpage?

I wish the Feature Access by Calling list were updated to include webpage access.

Try Email Communication Specialist or Technology Specialist or reach out to Global Services. Note that Church systems may take 24 hours to recognize such a change. Then if neither calling works Global Services may be the only group that can fix it.

Those with official access: https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/too ... s?lang=eng

You can designate a ward member as a Ward Website Administrator although the Church suggests this should be rare.

That's a list of ward calendar administrators. They can push a scheduled event to the page. Management of the actual page is via LCR, but it's less clear who has access. The instructions doesn't seem to differentiate between being able to push calendar events to the page and changing the page itself. What we have is from a document found on Activity Sharing:
Coordinating the Ward Activity Web Page
The bishop assigns a brother or sister to coordinate the ward activity web page. He may select someone on the ward council, a ward mission leader, a ward missionary, a counselor or secretary in one of the ward organizations, the ward executive secretary, the ward clerk, or an assistant ward clerk (note that a new calling should not be created for this assignment).
