I have return from a mission and my gmail account has stopped working. There was still a lot of files and pictures I didn't get. Can my account be reactivatied for a time so I can get Everything?

All: Please see the updated information. Missionaries now have 60 days, and might be lucky up to 90 days.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Please read the previous few posts in this thread. There's a post by russellhltn on December 15, 2025 with a link to this post in a different thread: viewtopic.php?p=261278#p261278 If it has been more than 60 days but less than 90 days, you'll need to hurry to have a chance to recover the data.
