First off, go to
account.churchofjesuschrist.org, on the left side, click "Subscriptions". Make sure "Local Leader Email" is checked.
If that's checked, and the correct email is in the directory, I don't think there's anything more in your power or the power of anyone you can contact to fix it.
I see you're using a Hotmail address. I think @hotmail.com and @outlook.com are one in the same. If true, then you can change your church account to say @outlook.com so that it seems like you've changed your address when you haven't. That
may get around the issue.
As far as missing meetings, hopefully the leadership is using the calendar system for anything outside of normal Sunday meetings. You can access the calendar via the web page, Member Tools, and even sync selected calendars to your personal device. For regular meetings, you can use the
Meetinghouse Locator to see what ward covers your address and what time they meet. (Although it may take some time to sync up with changes.)
