Hi. I noticed that with a sync this last week, I no longer have the ability to view member information; record number, recommend status, confirmation date, etc. It is a function of the app that I use frequently. My calling has not changed and my LCR rights work just fine.
Any thoughts?

What system version of Member Tools (Android or iPhone/iPad) are you using?

First, make sure you have the right login entered into Member Tools. Then try doing another sync. A system might have been offline or to busy that left you with incomplete information.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
