I have been having issues related to my account:
1. A couple of weeks ago, my sign-on stopped requiring 2FA even though that is checked and grayed out on my account profile (I teach Institute as a volunteer and now as a Service Missionary). I have had to do 2FA for years and then it stopped. I can sign in but it doesn't ask for verification.
2. As an assistant temple shift coordinator I have been getting this pop-up recently when trying to get into Temple Worker Scheduling: "Unexpected error. An unanticipated problem occurred. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact the Global Services Desk."
3. As of a few days ago, if I go to the TIS Worker Portal, I cannot see the substitution requests and there are no circles (indicators of days when subs are needed) around any of the dates on the calendar.
Any help is appreciated.
I went to https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org/help and first recovered my account and the problem persisted so I filled out a support ticket but the "send" button is grayed out. I do not know how to get help at this point.

Re: Account issues -- how to get help?
I'd follow the instructions to contact the Global Services Department (GSD). They have the ability to look into this. If they cannot rectify the problem then they can submit a trouble ticket for ICS programing involvement.

It sounds like it may be time to contact the Global Services Department. Your ward clerk can give you their phone number.marcusj.usa wrote: ↑Sat Nov 30, 2024 3:19 pm I have been having issues related to my account:

Re: 2FA not requiring verification and TIS issues
Some 2FA systems will trust the browser on a machine. Thereafter, you're not prompted for 2FA when using that browser on that machine. But if you reset the browser (clear cookies?), use a different browser, or a different machine, you'll have to do 2FA.marcusj.usa wrote: ↑Sat Nov 30, 2024 3:19 pm I have had to do 2FA for years and then it stopped.
