Finance Dashboard in LCR

Question about Finance Dashboard in LCR. Dashboard indicates that the Bishop has one item to review -- however, when the Bishop clicks on it - there is nothing to review. Is this a glitch or is there always a 1 there? Anyone with knowledge who could help would be appreciated.

That sounds like a bug. But to be certain, have the bishop bypass the dashboard hyperlink and click 'Expenses' on the menu bar and then click Bishop's Review tab, the same destination he is taken to when he clicks the Bishop's Review on the dashboard. If he still does not see any expenses for him to review he can call the GSD to ask what they can see and where the 'invisible' expense he needs to review is.

Yes, it is the Global Services Department.
Or he can click the 'Contact Us' link in the Help menu to find the telephone number.

Another idea is to have the Bishop access the dashboard using private/incognito browsing mode. In my previous calling, I often found LCR/LCRF issues with cookie buildup that would result in false positives exactly like what you describe. Of course false positives were better than not seeing anything when there actually were true alerts -- which also happened a bit too often for my liking

Thanks BrianEdwards. Tried that as well. Cleared cookies as well.

Called GSD and they confirmed that it seems to be a glitch in the system. Have a case number assigned to it and hopefully they can find the glitch. Thanks to all who replied.
