The Facilities Manager can enable certain callings for a stake to receive automatic access in Kindoo based on member calling data.

This functionality supports 110 standard callings across ward, branch, stake, district, and seminary levels.

When a calling is enabled, it applies to all relevant units within the stake. For example, enabling “Relief Society President” will automatically assign licenses to everyone with that calling in all wards and branches. If multiple individuals hold the same calling in a unit, each will receive a license. Access is automatically assigned and revoked based on calling changes in LCR. All other callings must be managed manually in Kindoo by the Kindoo Manager.

The Stake President works with the Stake Kindoo Manager to identify which callings to enable for automatic access management. The Facilities Manager will enable those in the Church systems.

Automatic access can only be granted up to the licenses (user seats) available for the stake and so not all of these callings will be able to receive access. The Stake receives an initial amount of licenses based on the number of wards / branches in the stake. Callings where only a portion of the individuals need access or do not need access all the time can be given access on a temporary basis by the Stake Kindoo manager. Licenses are permanently assigned to a given stake and the Church pays for each license. The stake should use the current allotment of licenses for a few months and review usage reports prior to requesting more licenses from the FM group.
