Using the Favorites Feature to Quickly Access Networks

Overview

The favorites feature allows you to save frequently accessed networks to your dashboard for quick and easy access. This article explains how to use the favorites feature to add and remove networks from your favorites list.

Adding Networks to Favorites

You can add networks to your favorites list from two different locations in the system:

From the Dashboard

1.        From your dashboard, locate the menu option titled “Network Favorites List” for adding favorites

2.        If you have the network's serial number, you can add it directly through this menu

From the Network Details Page

1.        Search for and select the network you want to manage or add

2.        Click on the network's serial number (used as the network identifier)

3.        On the Network Details page, click on the Favorites icon or the star next to the network serial number to add the network to your favorites list

Viewing Your Favorite Networks

Your favorite networks can be found and accessed from your dashboard when you log in, providing quick access to networks you frequently manage. To access the list click the button titled “Network Favorites List”

Removing Networks from Favorites

To remove a network from your favorites list:

1.        Go to your dashboard

2.        Navigate to the Network Details page

3.        Select or click the “Star” Icon

4.        Use the menu option to remove the network from your favorites
