fixing the colon
Is this wiki running on IIS? If so, the following discussion may reveal why we can't put the colon where it belongs in the localhost URL.

- No, the wiki is running under Apache on Linux. The HTTP headers say:
Server: Apache/2.2.3 (Linux/SUSE)
- But perhaps a similar issue does exist with Apache, so I wouldn't be surprised if the root of the problem is similar to the post you linked to. -- Aebrown 18:51, 13 April 2011 (UTC)
