Duplicate content

This article is certainly well-intentioned. But it duplicates content that already exists on the wiki. To the extent that it adds new content, that should be done in the existing articles, rather than creating a new article (which is not categorized or linked to from any other article).

If there is any new content that you think is important, please include it in the existing articles:

• Nonmember spouse
• Nonmember record section of the Temporary membership records article.

Then this article can be deleted.
