Printing certificates

Does anyone know it there are templates available to print the pre-printed certificates such as the Young Womanhood Recognition Award (36651 000), or the Duty to God certificates? You would think that someone has perfected a template for these pre-printed certificates. I would be nice if there were templates available through MLS.
