Error when saving baptism ordination

I'm getting an error when trying to save a Baptism ordination. Mom and step dad live in our ward, father does not. Step dad performed the Baptism and Confirmation. Everything inputs fine but when I hit save at the end I get this error: Sorry, "something went wrong loading the requested data. Try refreshing the page, or try again later." I've tried from multiple devices over a period of a week. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you been attempting it with the upload of the baptism interview form including bishop's and parents' signatures? If not, there is the problem. That is required and has been for quite a while now.

There is also an issue with uploading those consent forms that we are working on resolving. It is possible that is the problem. If so, a fix is coming.

Yes, I have been trying with the consent form.

Tried to upload today, still doesn't work. Error message is the same.

I am also running into the same issue. I have tried to upload the consent form and get an error and have tried to record the baptism and confirmation and get the error: Sorry, something went wrong loading the requested data. Try refreshing the page, or try again later.

I've been trying all weekend and again this morning.

At this point calling the GSD is going to be the best course of action.

Call the GSD. If it is variation of the same issue, calling them will help identify what is still causing the issue.
